This four four-phased project consisted of 110,000 SF of self-performed framing, insulation, drywall, painting, phased project consisted of 110,000 SF of self-performed framing, insulation, drywall, painting and Operating Room unit specialties in an occupied hospital at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Special challenges included coordinating and constructing ICRA requirements, unique structural design features, and the phased construction to support the new hospital layout and advanced surgical operations.
