This design-build project consisted of demolition of approximately 12,000 SF of interim buildings and concrete structures. Specific requirements included land disturbance permits, disconnection and removal of medium-voltage electrical systems, and rework and disconnection of water and stormwater facilities. Finally, the 0.75-acre parcel was graded and reclaimed with permanent seeding.
