The work included renovations to building 250, completed in 2011 at the Dam Neck Annex. The focus of this project is the reorganization of the main second-floor entrance, office renovations, and repurposing of an existing shower room into a breakroom. No modifications to the exterior of the building, AT/FP requirements, or changes to existing functions are anticipated. The scope of this work includes design for new walls to create the secure boundary with required STC ratings, revision to electrical, telecom, fire protection, and mechanical systems to accommodate new work, new finishes, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), and Audio Visual (A/V) equipment. In the Commander's suite, an existing shower room will be renovated and converted into a breakroom and incidental related work.
